Brent is responsible for managing this key growth area in Oracle's Customer Relationship Management (CRM) business across New Zealand. This includes overseeing business development, sales, marketing, alliances and channels development. Since 1997, Brent has taken leadership roles developing markets for Internet Commerce, Packaged ERP Services and Software as a Service across Retail, Public Sector, Utilities and Manufacturing markets. Prior to this Brent held various General Manager roles within the Telecommunication industry in UK, Australia and New Zealand. Brent holds an Honours Degree in Electronic and Electronic Engineering from the University of Canterbury and a Deploma of Business dministration from the University of Hawaii.
