Attend this session and find out how an innovative tool helped simplify our Oracle financial reporting, variance analysis and ad hoc enquiry process and totally energised our finance department. For Solid Energy the implementation of Oracle EBS also meant the finance department was now responsible for the creation of all FSG reports. Given the constantly changing requirements and resource constraints inherit to a small department the satisfaction with Oracle as an easy to use solution was low. A year ago Solid Energy added an Excel integration tool to the landscape. Since then Solid Energy have transitioned all their FSG reporting needs into GL Wand and are enjoying the benefits of increased accuracy, real time reporting capability, complete flexibility of report layouts, fast ad hoc query resolution and drill to detail and other benefits. Come to this session to learn more about the journey and to see a live demo.
