- NZOUG AGM Sunday evening 6pm, drinks to follow to 8pm
- Welcome and Keynotes 9:30am to 11am Monday 20 October
- Sessions and Exhibition Area 11am to 5pm Monday 20 October
- Entertainment Monday night 5pm till late - Rotorua Gondola and Luge
- Sessions and Exhibition Area 9am to 3:30pm Tuesday 21 October
- Wrapup and Prize Draws 3:30 to 4pm Tuesday 21 October
