  • Welcome and Keynotes 9:30am to 11am Monday 20 October
  • Sessions and Exhibition Area 11am to 5pm Monday 20 October
  • Entertainment Monday night 5pm till late - Rotorua Gondola and Luge
  • Sessions and Exhibition Area 9am to 3:30pm Tuesday 21 October
  • Wrapup and Prize Draws 3:30 to 4pm Tuesday 21 October
