NOTICE AND DISCLAIMER

By visiting the New Zealand Oracle Users Group (“NZOUG”) Web site (the “Site”) and using the information at the Site you acknowledge that you have read this notice and agree to the following terms.

Visitors to the Site are welcome to use information available at the Site only in accordance with this notice and disclaimer.

Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, NZOUG disclaims any liability to any person arising out of any action or failure to act, in accessing, downloading, uploading, using or relying on or dealing in any way with any materials from the Site or from any other Web site on the Internet. You accept all risks and responsibility for losses, damages, costs and other consequences resulting directly or indirectly from using the Site or any other Web site on the Internet and in relation to any information or material available from those sites.

The materials on the Site or any other site accessed via the Site may not necessarily be accurate or current. No person should act or fail to act on the basis of these materials. The availability or transmission of these materials is not intended to create, and receipt does not constitute, an adviser/client relationship.

NZOUG welcomes contributions to certain parts of the Site (including but not limited to the National Applications Forum Newsletter) from users regardless of qualifications or profession. All users should be aware that information on the Site is not necessarily posted by professional technical advisers. NZOUG does not (and does not have the resources to) review or research the accuracy or reliability of information provided or posted by users on or in connection with the Site. Any opinion or advice provided or posted by users is not to be taken to be approved by or endorsed in any respect by NZOUG. NZOUG reserves the right, at its absolute discretion, to delete, alter or move any message or other information posted or otherwise provided by users on or in connection with the Site.

You may reproduce in whole or in part the Works only if:

(a) the reproduction is not for public or commercial purposes; and

(b) you do not remove or modify any notices of attribution or copyright, or if there are no such notices, you clearly attribute NZOUG as the copyright owner of the work.

You may provide hypertext links to the Site from any other Web site, unless we request you to remove these links. NZOUG does not warrant the accuracy of any hypertext links provided by us, nor the suitability of any content located at those links. Any such files are provided, and may only be used, on the basis that the user assumes all responsibility for any loss, damage or consequence resulting directly or indirectly from use of those files. NZOUGs liability for such an event is limited to the resupply of those files.
