Oracle ACE Director Dan Morgan is the Morgan behind Morgan's Library on the  web and has retired from the University of Washington where he was the primary  Oracle instructor from 1998 through 2009. He is a member of UKOUG, the Western  Washington OUG, the International Oracle zSeries SIG, the Oracle RAC SIG, and  BAARF. He is a former chair of  the Washington Software Association.

Dan is a regular contributor at Oracle conferences around the world and in 2009  presented at OpenWorld, ODTUG Kaleidoscope, RMOUG, NoCOUG, and  WWOUG, in the US and, in addition, presented at conferences in Canada, Chile, Finland, Norway, and the UK.
