Payment
For packages confirmed before 15 February 2013, an invoice for 50% of the package total will be issued following submission of this form (due on 20th of following month), with the remainder to be paid by 15 February 2013. For package requests submitted after 15 February 2013, full payment of the package total will be required immediately.
