Presenter Biography: 
Supporting, maintaining, enhancing, designing, building, Scott Chaplow has operated in and around Oracle databases since graduating from Waikato University in 1994. Scott's experience with Oracle APEX (HTML DB) began in 2005 as Technical Lead on the successful Fonterra Payroll upgrade project where Oracle features such as Fine-grained Access Control (VPD) and Advanced Queuing were implemented. "I'm passionate about writing easily supportable and reusable code and am currently exploring synergies in Fonterra's array of APEX applications." Scott has been a Systems Architect at HCL Technologies in Hamilton, New Zealand for the past five years and worked in IT in the dairy industry for more than ten years prior to that.
