Oracle Exadata with ZFS NAS Appliance for faster platform

Dept of Corrections wanted to have their critical applications to perform faster. They were constantly facing performance issues which affected their operation. They asked gen-I to identify and propose a faster platform to fulfil their business need. Dept of Corrections was also requesting for faster response time to refresh environments as they had quite a few projects running. Gen-i worked closely with Oracle to explore the option of Exadata and ZFS NAS appliance to fulfill this requirement. In this presentation, we will take you through on how this was done and what benefits were identified.
