Oracle BI Apps - Recommandations for Effective Implementation

Globally Oracle BI Apps is an established Business Intelligence product. However, within New Zealand BI Apps is still a relatively unknown and underutilized product. Part 1 of the presentation provides a brief high-level overview of BI Apps and what it is to provide context for Part 2 Part 2 of the presentation covers some guidelines and recommendations around the actual implementation of BI Apps – what should be the main implementation considerations, where the potential pain points are and how to overcome them and some general recommended best practices. The intended audience are business users and functional implementers with BI focus who want to learn more both about the application itself and learn about good implementation strategy and approach. Examples will be drawn from first-hand experience as part of a global BI Apps implementation team.
